1. Personal Data Controller – the entity indicated in point 2 above, also called as Administrator, which determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data and is responsible for this processing.

The Personal Data Controller does not make decisions in an automated manner and does not use any form of automated processing of personal data, which involves the use of personal data to assess certain personal factors of a natural person, in particular to analyse or forecast aspects concerning the performance of that natural person’s work, their economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, credibility, behaviour, location or movements.

 

It is possible to transfer users’ personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) provided that an adequate level of protection of Personal Data is ensured, which will be determined in particular through cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries:

 

– in respect of which an appropriate decision of the European Commission has been issued,
– standards of contractual clauses issued by the European Commission are applied,
– binding corporate rules approved by the relevant supervisory authority are applied,

You may also request that we send your personal data directly to another controller (if technically possible).

3. GOOGLE TAG MANAGER – The Service uses the Google Tag Manager service. The Google Tag Manager service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Tag Manager is a tool provided by Google used to manage website tags (markers). Google Tag Manager allows us to analyze how the user uses the Service. Google Tag Manager is a domain that operates without the use of cookies and does not collect any information that allows for the identification of specific individuals.
